Girls,

If you believe in KARMA, you will understand that Week 15 was meant to happen. I tried to cut it short due to the upcoming long weekend but Mother Nature had better plans. So, Desi Girls Summer 2015 will continue until we conquer 13.1 miles.

Read this very useful article on what to eat this week. You will find that eating nutritious food and hydration is more important than ever during the week of Half Marathon.
