Welcome to DESI GIRLS

 

DESI GIRLS was born Summer 2014 out of a casual chit chat among similar aged Middle aged Indian women. We had a common quest - improve our fitness and tone our bodies.

 

It is a support system for the countless middle aged Desi Women like me who want to improve their fitness but do not know where to start. It is a gentle, un-intimidating training program centered on walking/jogging/running during the summer months in the northwest suburbs of Chicago. My goal is to ensure all of us have a safe, injury-free journey to improve our fitness.
