Desi Girls Summer 2015 - Week 11

Girls,

I hope you enjoyed your 15K run. It was pure joy for me to watch the content look in your faces after you completed the run. I could sense the adrenaline rush even though you were tired and just to just sit down.

We will be pushing the envelope further in the following saturdays by steadily increasing the length of our long runs. Now, it is time for you start the mental preparation for our 10 mile run on next saturday.

Check out the 12 habits of highly motivated runners. You may be inspired at least by a few.

One of our Desi Girls Anu Krishnan shared the information of a 5K at O'Hare Runway on September 27th. Imagine walking in a runway with flights taking off and landing all around us!! Your kids might enjoy it a lot. If you are interested, please sign up.
