Girls,
I am excited to walk the entire RED trail this saturday with all of you. It is EASY paced. No jogging or running required unless it is your preference. The strict focus is to adopt your body to covering longer distances thereby improving your endurance.
I have responses from only half of you for ordering T Shirts. Please take a moment to respond to the email so I can order soon.
While walking, please pick up your phone and take photos of the nature, selfies and ussies along the way and send them to me. I would love to post them here.
