Girls,

First things first.....

=> Have you responded to the email for TShirt ordering? If not, please do it ASAP.

=> LAST CALL for subscribing to the newsletter.

We are scheduled to walk 7 miles EASY this saturday (July 11). I am going to challenge you all little bit more and ask you to attempt 7.3 miles which is the entire RED trail. This will be the only the time we go around the entire RED trail.

Completing the entire 7.3 miles is an accomplishment by itself. Walking/jogging/running 7.3 miles burns upward of 500 calories and if you are able to repeatedly complete this distance every single saturday for the next 9 weeks, you will be on your way to being more fit. The point I am trying to make is that anything more than 7.3 miles is an icing on the cake. You can certainly attempt to cover more distance every single week but you are welcome to determine your own distance based on your fitness level and endurance.

The RED trail is extremely beautiful between Mile 3 and 5.5. Take a deep breath in and enjoy the sight and sounds of nature. It should take us approximately 2 hours to complete the distance. Your teenage children and Spouses are welcome to join us if they wish.
