Sprint Runner

Girls,

We will have a brisk 4 mile walk/jog/run tomorrow morning at 6:30 am. We will go to the two mile marker and return to the starting point. As a rough estimate you should plan on completing four miles in approximately an hour or less unless you have injuries and are not in decent shape physically. If you are in town please try to join us. It may be tempting to sleep in but please make a conscious effort. Your body will change only to the extent you work towards it.

I found another link which has wonderful tips for new runners. We have reviewed a lot of these tips in prior chats but a refresher is always good.

T shirt design has been finalized. Thanks to Poorni for working hard on it. I will send out a survey monkey poll to get your size etc. Stay tuned.
