Girls,

We will be walking/jogging/running EASY 6.2 miles (10K) this saturday at 6:30 am. Remember the key word is EASY. It should be comfortable walking but you should move somewhat faster. At no point should you be out of breath. If you become out of breath, remember to slow down. The idea of this particular walk is to get you used to long distance walking. So, please be aware of the purpose of this walk and exert accordingly.

The topic of Sports bra is not often talked about but it is very important to wear the right sports bra while undertaking any physical activity.
