DESI GIRLS Summer 2015 - Week 5

Girls, This may sound unbelievable but we are almost one-third done with our running season. IF you have keeping up with the schedule, you will notice positive changes in your body. Ask yourself if you have been diligent with following the schedule. If you have been following, KUDOS to you. The best is yet to come and it only gets better from here. (A handful of you fall in this category) If you have NOT been following the schedule, it is not too late. We are still running decent number of miles and it will not be challenging for you to catch up. If you procrastinate for few more weeks, just forget DESI GIRLS. It will be incredibly difficult for you to bridge the gap (Majority of you fall in this category).

Our next long run is 10K (6.2 miles) this saturday. Please follow your training plan so you are ready for the rigors of a 10K. Today, I want to inspire you and motivate you to get out of the couch and get moving. I am sharing 15 incredible stories of weight loss through running. Mine is a similar story but not as dramatic as the ones you read below. Out of the 15 stories, I am positive at least a few will resonate with you and motivate you to give your best.
