Girls, Our next long run in 4 miles this Saturday at 6:30 am. We will start at Mile 0 of red trail, go up to the 2 mile marker and come back to our starting point. Be at mile 0 of Red Trail few minutes before 6:30 am and start stretching right away. We will start SHARP at 6:30 am. PLAN B: After the snafu last week, I promised to come up with a Plan B if the Higgins Road South Entrance to the woods is closed. Please see attached picture. If our regular entrance is closed (fingers crossed it doesn't happen again), our alternate entrance is Higgins North Entrance (Grove 31). It is the closest to Mile 6 and we will start there. If North entrance is also closed, just go home and snuggle under covers again. It is just not our lucky day :) As we starting increasing our weekly running mileage, a balanced diet plays an important role.
