Desi Girls Summer 2015 - Week One

Girls,
Our Journey begins. Starting tomorrow, We are on a mission to improve our fitness in the next 15 weeks and we are going to kick ass in the process.
Is your schedule printed? Have you put it up in a prominent place in your house? If not, print this spreadsheet. It should be your constant companion in the next 15 weeks.
I bet you never placed too much of importance to your shoelaces. Did you? Check out this link for three ways to lace up your running shoes and how it can improve your shoe fit. You will be surprised.
Our first long run is 3 miles on May 30th starting at Mile 0 of Red trail in Busse woods. I will send the logistics very soon. Start time will be either 6:30 am or 7 am depending on the weather.
Plans are underway to get us all a DESI GIRL Dri-fit T Shirt. More details to follow.
