Desi Girls Summer 2015 - One Week Countdown

Girls, We are at the one week countdown for our Summer training starting on May 24. Print the attached spreadsheet and review the dates carefully. Please read the following points carefully since some points have caused confusion.
1. Every week in our training calendar starts on Sundays. But Sundays are REST days. So, you get May 24th off from training. I must have had a brainfreeze when I came up with this schedule. :)
2. You are on your own and at your own schedule during the weekday trainings (Monday thru Thursday). We meet ONLY FOR THE LONG RUNS ON SATURDAYS.
3. Weekday training is by TIME and saturday training is by DISTANCE. It doesn't matter how far you run during weekdays and how much time it takes during the Saturday runs. Again, please refer to the attached spreadsheet for specifics on how much to run each day. By agreeing to be part of DESI GIRLS Summer 2015 program, you can call yourself as an Athlete. You must start thinking like an Athlete, talk like an Athlete and also eat like an Athlete. REVIEW the six important rules for eating right as a Athlete. I am permanently guilty of #6.
